What happens if a part from a product purchased from you breaks or needs to be replaced due to wear and tear?
We stock spares for all our set ups. All our products come with a warranty.
Can 2 flowbins be interlinked to make a 2000 litre set up?
Yes, we can plumb two flowbins together and use one pump to operate.
Can I use my diesel bowser for petrol?
No, you would need an explosion proof pump setup and special tanks to do so.
Can I store and pump paraffin in my diesel bowser ?
Yes you can
Can I run my 12v pump via a normal plugpoint?
No. We sell transformers for this application. Contact us directly for more information.
Can my flowmeter be calibrated?

Does my vehicle meet the dimensions required to carry a bowser?

Delivery & Packaging
How are my purchases packaged when I place an order for delivery?
Depending on the item/s purchased, products are either packaged in a heavy-duty cardboard box or bubble-wrapped. Fragile items are securely packed and marked accordingly for shipping purposes.
How many days will it take for my order to be shipped to me?
Packages are shipped within 3-5 working days from placing an order. The package will reach the delivery address within 2-3 days (dependent on the courier service). All tracking information for your delivery will be automatically communicated to you via email
Can I change any delivery details on my order if I have already checked out my cart?
Kindly contact us directly via telephone if you have any changes to your delivery details . We will not be able to process any changes if the parcel has already been dispatched.
Can diesel bowsers and tanks be delivered?
Diesel bowsers and tanks can be delivered within KZN and Gauteng. Kindly contact the store directly for more information.
